What is the Low voltage cutoff?

Low voltage protection means that the bms will cut off the output when the battery voltage is too low.

My battery will not charge. The voltage is 4.7V on it. Tried jump starting with similar battery. Any ideas how I can revive it?

Mine was the same until I used solar and charged it to 13 volts. Old battery chargers may charge as well, but charge to 11 or 12 volts, then connect to a newer type charger. Just be careful!!!

These are awesome batteries but customer service is all but impossible to get ahold of anyone. I did have some success with a live chat on their web site. They sell chargers for LifePo4 batteries. To get the most out of this chemistry you need a charger designed for it.
