SLDS6 Ladder

This is my second ladder I bought to replace The first I loaned to another rv-er... it’s strong enough. I wouldn’t use it to climb repeatedly say to, reroof a house, but great for the occasional height needed. Storage is always an issue in rvs. I love that it folds up so small it fits in my bumper.

I purchased this ladder for use in a Corporate Aircraft. It collapses to a size that fits perfectly in the aft baggage area. It's light weight and size makes it perfect for our needs. Surprisingly sturdy and easy to collapse and stow. Very well engineered. The design solved an issue where a tall ladder was needed to service the exterior but none could be stored in the airplane due to space limitations. This is the only one that could be considered and I am very pleased with the quality considering the portability. Well done.

Got it at Christmas 2019, fit nicely in my camper storage and used it the first time in recent camping trip. Worked like a charm. Im 240lbs and probably stretched it’s limits (It’s very light weight) but made sure it was locked open and on level ground and stayed centered. It folded back together easily. I like it.

This ladder is exactly what I needed, a very light, handy, compact ladder to squirrel away in my motorhome out of the way until I need it. However, to achieve that compactness, it is very slender. Although it is very sturdy and stable, the narrow sides and steps just FEEL a little skinny. You wouldn't use this ladder for a long hard job where you stand on it for hours. But for what it's intended, it's just fine. Watch your fingers when you're folding it up, there are several opportunities to get pinched. No big deal, just be careful.

Bought this ladder to replace a 4-ft aluminum step ladder. Great move! I use it to clear off the top of the slide-out on my RV and for other tasks requiring a little height. It folds into a 6-foot length that fits easily into a storage compartment. Unfolded, it feels sturdy and secure. Only possible downside is that it has no top tray for tools. That takes some getting used to. Otherwise, a great tool. By the way, when the UPS driver couldn't find my address (He blamed the heat.), the factory called to confirm my address and gave me the drivers supervisor's number to call. The delivery was only 15 minutes late. Great service from the factory.

It's well built, compact and works as intended. This type of ladder isn't as sturdy as a normal ladder but it stores in my travel trailer pass through storage and gets the job done.

Impressive design. Folds up to a stick and weights very little. I weigh 250 lbs and it holds me for little jobs. PERFECT FOR AN RV! I love this because it takes up very little space when stored. Perfect for light intermittent use.

really does fold down to about the size of a 2x4....not the most stable ladder ever (nor the cheapest), but for the storage convenience it's a good deal
