Well this detect where electricity is behind drywall?

That’s a very good question. I tried it, and did not get a reading on drywall. I did get a reading on switch plates.

How many adjustable sensitivity levels does it have? Can it detect a open on a wire?

This tool does not have a sensitivity adjustment. If it detects voltage it will sound an alert and light an display. The sound and light will intensify based on the voltage level. This tool is intended to detect voltage if circuit is open voltage will not be detected.

Will this work on an automotive fuse box? Or do i need one of those things that looks like a screwdriver with a light in the handle.

Have not tried it, but you are better off with the light and needle point. Fuses are to close together and you might get another reading.
