Half right
I really wanted to give it 4 stars.. and almost only gave it 2... so settled for 3.First off, I can't recommend it for bratwurst patties! The grease ran off the edge, the flames got out of control, and by the time I got the things out of the way and the fire back to 'normal' the mat had been ruined. It cleaned up okay, but some areas had been burnt too far and it is now patchy, kind of a clothy feel in spots.. I had to throw it way.Luckily, they screwed up my order and instead of sending me 1 BBQ and 1 Parchmina which is what I wanted, they sent 2 BBQ. I had almost given the second one away, but am glad I didn't.So, the bbq mat is great for grilling fish, steaks, pork steaks & chops, etc, but I cannot recommend using it for anything that might cause a grease fire!I can't review the parchminium because they failed to send it

Cookina bbq and parchminium sheet
I didnot like this product at all.It is pricey , not very good quality sheet the size is odd neither for the tray nor for the roasting tin, after one use parchminium sheet got so many creases looks like as if someone crushed it. To me it is a scam. They are selling ordinary stuff at a high price and boast it can replace many aluminium foils.Cleaning is also another pain. I would rather use Aluminium foil and throw it .Don't waste your dollars on this product.

Satisfied, for years.
This product is just amazing. I've been using it for years with same satisfaction. I use the versions for lining baking sheets, for BBQ, for lining the oven. It has made my life easier.Only downfall is the incredible amount of over packaging Amazon uses... I could not believe my eyes.This cannot be sustainable.
