Will this work without uv light?

I doubt it. I bought it TWICE and it barely dries using the UV light. It's really thick, and even when I added thinner it takes FOREVER to dry.

i put a thin layer of this polish and it would not cure even after 5 times 90 seconds under the led light. What am I doing wrong?

This is needs to be sandwiched between a gel base coat and gel top coat...prep nails (lightly roughen nail, use a dehydrator like Mia Secret Nail Prep, then Mia Secret XTRABOND) first. Then one layer of a Base Coat gel. Then cure with led lamp. Then 1-2 layers of this RARJSM color curing after each coat. Then one layer of Top Coat gel and Cure again. Lastly Use some rubbing alcohol on a sponge type applicator to remove stickiness. If you really want the manicure to last start with 2-3 even layers of Modelones Builder Nail Gel, curing between each layer. My manicures last until I can't stand the grow out or just want a change...4 weeks +.
