My cat left very a deep scratch in my thigh so I decided to try this to lessen the appearance of the scar.This stuff is astonishing. I took photos, one on May 30th and one on June 11 and the difference is very obvious. The large scratch, about 3 months old, is nearly faded to nothing.I'm sold.

I was skeptical based on the price. I have been using another high priced scar gel, but after 3-months I didn’t see any significant improvement. So, I upped my purchase to this one. Within a week I already see a huge improvement. I’m using 3x a day. It does not completely dry, but it hasn’t been an issue. No smell, clear in color, stays on, easy to apply, noticeable results.

It's still early, but the plastic surgeon suggests applying it two times a day for three months religiously. It does have a smell, which is unpleasant but noticeable to others. It’s sticky but not bothersome

The sunscreen protection is amazing! In Dec, burned my arm on the oven taking out a dish. I got this scar cream about a week ago and decided to try it due to dermatologist recommendations. Today I put it on at 6am and was working a garage sale all day. I don’t normally burn, but I’m on a medicine that warned of sun sensitivity, and I forgot, and found my self sunburned. The only spots on my arm that are not sun burned are where I spread the scar cream! These pics are at 6pm the same day, so the 12 hour protection window is just as stated. I can’t wait to see how it works on a new scar I have!

My young toddler accidentally got hot oil spilled on his shoulder. I bought this the day after the incident and once his wounds had healed we used this religiously for 2 months, a minimum of twice a day (morning and night) but I’d try to do is more if n He has NO scars. The doctors were certain he would have scarring.10/10 recommend. This was expensive but it delivered!

This is an excellent topical cream for scar healing, but it comes at a huge premium. I purchased this little tube for $80, which is absurd, but at the end of the day silicone is biologically proven to help scars fade. Combined with a proper SPF rating, I don't think there's a product I can recommend more to guarantee the best results for scar treatment. I'm docking a star for the ridiculous premium, but at the end of the day I'm worth it.

So I took a recommendation from a friend that the Neora Firm lotion also helps with scars. This one is more economical overall per ounce, so I use this as a base and add in a squirt of this Scar cream. I have been using this for almost two weeks. Of course the scar isn't gone, but there is marked improvement in decreasing the bright pink coloring. (brachioplasty and abdominoplasty s/p 16 wks). I had been struggling to get silicone scars tape to stick long enough to make it economical, but there wasn't this change in coloration with the tape.

Have been using this for the past 14 months per surgeon and dermatologist recommendations after surgery.For my skin type and body, works great, scars are less visible and smoother. Key factor, it takes some time but I noticed great improvements.
