They're super sturdy and help add much needed, healthy calories to my diet. They have no weird or lingering aftertaste at all! I just wish they were cheaper!

Who knew that great tasting water could add high quality protein to your diet? Protein 2o plus energy has been my go-to morning drink for years! It was a great combination of extra protein, caffeine, and good taste! Unfortunately, the formula was recently changed and now what used to be a low sodium drink contains 220 mg of added sodium, which is way too much for me. This might be the drink for you if you want those extra electrolytes, but I am searching for a new morning beverage that gives me protein plus caffeine without a bunch of additional sodium.
