One of the components is broken, how do i contact the seller for a replacement?

No way to contact. I tried to get contact number through Amazon but they didn’t have it and refunded my purchase

What song does the music box play?

The song is from one of Ghibli movies, Castle in the Sky. My daughter built this house and another one, but they both have the same song. Slightly disappointed, but they are very cute nonetheless.

Whats the difficulty level of this project?

It takes some patience and some ability to improvise--the difficulty depends on the individual putting the kit together.
