What is the Light scent? The bottle says fragrance free and that is what I need

Would this still be good to use as a brightening/toning body wash if I don't need chlorine removed?

I can only say that the wash really does a good job neutralizing the chlorine. It may be too harsh for everyday use unless you have bad water

What is the pH of this shampoo?

Our swim shampoo has a pH of roughly 7. When combined with our swim conditioner which has a pH of roughly 4 you should be able to remove chlorine from your hair (shampoo) and then close down the cuticles for a smoother feel and more protected hair follicles (conditioner).
