Got heartburn initially but lessen amount and it has been better. This brand is organic and unsweetened which is a plus. I drink plain water all day and adding this is supposed to be beneficial. I honestly haven’t felt any life changing difference but I would like to think I am doing my body good. I do kinda sleep better but not recommended to drink before you lay down to sleep. I was worried about the taste, but it’s actually pretty good and I only have to take 2 tablespoons a day but want to take more also so many benefits about it that I will probably continue taking it after and will keep buying this one since it is such a good deal for how much you’re getting.
