I love this probiotic. My husband takes it and it seems to really help his gut. I love that it has the added benefit of the mushrooms in it as well. It works well and is a great value for the money. The capsules are an average size and are easy to swallow. I love anything by Ancient Nutrition, they always seem to be a good quality and effective! Would highly recommend these probiotics especially if you have food sensitivities or SIBO like my husband does!

I was not sure what to think of these when I first started taking them. Then I ran out and tried a different probiotic. They were not as good. I could tell enough of a difference that I purchased them again. These really do help. I will continue to buy them. I only take one right now and if I need it will take a second. I eat fairly healthy. I do not eat junk food.

I have tried many different probiotics to help with my ongoing SIBO and gut issues after several abdominal surgeries and bouts with h pylori. With most I couldn’t tell much if a difference. These Ancient Nutrition SBO probiotics are the only ones I’ve found that truly helped. I started to see results within a week, and after 6 weeks all my symptoms have greatly improved to the point I no longer (or rarely) have uncomfortable bloating and fullness. I highly recommend these probiotics. Very much worth the the price.
