I had to order two of these because I broke the first one. The product is flimsy and will crack easy but for a few dollars, that is part of the deal.

Needed one with the switch on the right side, and was able to make it work!Great product!

It's a switch cover so there is not much to say. Leviton switch covers are going to better than cheaper stuff that you find at places like Wally world. The big plus is that they most every configuration you need. As a side note, these switch plates cover very easily with a coat of spray paint so for a very small investment of time and money, you can have designer wall plates.

As this combination was hard to find, I was glad to locate it. It is very light weight plastic but arrived with no cracks, etc. It fit but had no screws to attach it. For the price paid, one would have thought those would have at least been included.
