A: Good question!  No difference in ingredients & with use of both we couldn't tell a difference in the result.

A: I think it would be, especially with the cap on, but I can’t see why you would want to unless you are going on a one-way run and won’t end up back where you started. This product works FAST, so no need to use during the run to get a jump on relief. But if your run is one way, I don’t think you’d have any problems at all carrying it along. (Just bear in mind I’m not a scientist and don’t work for the manufacturer! That’s just a layman’s opinion.) 😊

A: When I spray it on, it will relieve pain long enough for one to go to sleep. The can lasts for months depending how often you use it.
