These taste just like chocolate milk and fill me up with 16g of protein and 250 calories per shake. It does include sugar but I prefer that to artificial sweeteners, and it's not too sweet. A whole shake is a solid meal replacement, or I like to add some into coffee for a mid-morning boost (and delicious easy mocha!) The single use carton is convenient for on the go use like going to the gym, but it does leak sometimes after you pop the seal on the screw top. The other downside is these are expensive, we stock up when the 12 pack cartons are on sale. I tried the vegan pea protein version too (in the light blue packaging) because we prefer plant based dairy usually, but the aftertaste was too off putting.
