The XL is the perfect size for a 70lb dog! One shammy does the trick and absorbs a lot of water of my dog. Bought two, one medium and XL. I like the XL.

It does a great job and my golden loves it. It’s soft and super absorbent.

Only have used twice but could notice it makes a difference. Easier to dry with the pockets and really seemed to absorb a lot of the water so dogs coat felt dry. Update. Still love these. Bought some for fur grandbabies. Good for taking off dirt from dogs legs so you don’t have to wash.

Initially I was unhappy with the price. When I tried to cancel my order with hours of placing it, they wouldn't let me. They said it was already in in the system and I would have to receive it and return it. That was the plan, but when I received it, it had been sent FEDEX and it was way to difficult to send back so I kept them. I think that was they plan to begin with.... Anywho... I had to wash them 3 times to get the petroleum(?) smell out of them. They do work really well, but seem pricey. They wash up well and seem durable so maybe they are a good deal for the price.

Wow! This shammy is MAGIC! Seriously it's so convenient to have pockets for your hands to wrap around each leg & paw and wipe the snow/ice/rainwater off. It makes a huge difference. It's the perfect size - not too small and not TOO big to keep by the door for clean up! It's super soft and absorbent - it really is incredible how much water it soaks up compared to a normal towel and still doesn't FEEL wet. The quality is excellent. It's super thick, sturdy, very well made. I used it today to clean off my dogs super wet legs, paws & underbelly and it dried his hair immediately and it didn't even feel damp afterwards! It was so much easier & quicker than the microfiber towel I had been using - always struggling to keep it wrapped around my hand while wrapping around each leg/paw, struggling to change spots because each leg soaked thru the towel so a new dry spot would be needed for each leg. It would take so long our dog would start getting antsy & try to walk off and even when he was done, he'd still be wet or damp & the towel would be soaked. This is ridiculously more efficient & convenient! It even has a little loop for hanging!

At the end of the day, its a fancy towel. A regular towel for people, new or worn out, will work just as well. HOWEVER. With the same effort and time as using a normal towel, this dried twice as fast, and seemed to do a better job on our dog's double coast. It absorbed the water in her fur's roots a lot better than our regular towels, and she was almost entirely dry in half the time once we were done. If you're hesitant on the price, I'd suggest giving this a pass; it won't revoutionize anything, since its still just a towel. But if you're ok with spending a little extra, it proved to be a good investment for us. Its easy to clean, and let us have a "dog specific" towel that we cleaned with our other "dog" linens, instead of us accidentally mixing it into our regular towels. It was also easier to ruffle up our dog when we dried her, vs. using a normal towel (yay mitten feature!). Overall, it does what it advertises, and we were (unexpectedly) very happy with it. Would recommend, just as long as you know its an improved version of a cheaper product, and aren't expecting miracles.

This product is Aaaaamazing! I was gifted one from a friend - gamechanger! The only reason I'm purchasing a second one is for those days I need to wash the first one. It's very absorbent and also gets the dirt/mud from my dog as well. I live in Minnesota and my yard it often snowy, swampy or muddy. You just never know what my pup is going to come in the house covered in. Whatever it is, the Shammy will take care of it. The pockets to slide your hands in are extra helpful. The last thing you need is to try to hold onto an actual towel when also trying to hold onto a squirming dog. And it has a convenient loop to hang it up when you're done.

Funziona, bisogna però munirsi di un asciugamano normale e fare il primo passaggio con quello, lo shammy se si bagna troppo non funziona più.

I just received the item and i could not wait to test run it on my dog.. he is a mix maltese terrier around 9 kgs and he was dried up within minutes!! he hates the blow dires so this was the perfect solution.. the only reason i gave it 4 stars is that i got it after almost 2 weeks of ordering it will definitely buy again and i highly recommend it

Faz total diferença secar com esta toalha. Além de super absorvente, é muito confortável ter apoio para nossas mãos. A cor é linda e o tamanho bom para todos os portes. Obviamente, se tivesse um tamanho maior, eu compraria, pois para cães de porte grande, quanto maior, melhor. Gostei tanto que já comprei a segunda. Recomendo.
