We found this and he is in heaven again! He can now even eat my Thai chicken with peanut butter sauce, which had so much sodium in it with the soy, he was only allowed 2 tablespoons for dinner, while restricting salt the whole day. This is a life saver if you use soy sauces!

**Q: should this be refrigeration once opened?**
A: The bottle does not say it has to be refrigerated after opening. Also a quick Google search on soy sauce in general says it can be stored at room temperature, preferable in a cool dry place.

**Q: is chinatown soy sauce kosher?**
A: Sorry Nancy....no, it's definitely not.
My Mom was kosher btw.
It should be though, as it's made in Jamaica......brothers of Zion.
