Ich hatte im Juli 2023 zwei Mühlen gekauft, die Edelstahlmühlen sollten uns lange Freude bereiten. Sind ein paar Monate lange? Nö! Haben wir sie täglich benutzt? Nö!Der kleine Metallstift, welcher die Einfüllöffnung der Mühle verschliessen soll, rutschte jetzt schon diverse Male aus der Halterung heraus und der Inhalt wurde entsprechend von uns beim Kochen verschüttet.Wie kommt das?Die Mühle besitzt einen inneren Einsatz aus Kunststoff, welcher zu dem Problem führt. Denn bei einer der beiden Mühlen schließt dieses Plastikteil nicht bündig mit dem Edelstahl ab. In die Lücke setzen sich Salzkörner und arbeiten sich zwischen Plastik und Edelstahl. Hierdurch ist der Verschluss der Schiebeklappe der Einfüllöffnung außer Kraft. (Siehe oben. )Was denke ich sonst noch? Viel Wind um ein Mahlwerk mit 25 Jahren Garantie! Die benötigt man als Kunde nicht, wenn der Rest des Produktes minderwertig ist.Witzigerweise hatte ich das Gefühl dass die Türen sich zu schnell öffnen schon beim ersten Gebrauch und habe es ignoriert.
