Love the taste - but ....
Easy to make, and really lovely taste - and almost healthy. But the recommended mixture produces a very loose batter which doesn't hold its shape very well.

Didn’t work
Tried this recipe without eggs as my son has multiple allergies. It did not work, it just stuck to the bottom of the pan and crumbled when I tried to flip it over, very disappointing.
