Quality and effective
Have totally changed sleep and digestion for me! But gentle enough that I don't get any side effects (except weird and vivid dreams but i got used to that lol). Cheaper on amazon than my local grocer too!

Get this!! This is my 2nd bottle and let me tell you how great this is! When I first started taking these I was only going 1 in the morning and 1 before bed and it wasnโt doing anything for me Iโd wake up at 3am like clockwork and would be so frustrated. I started taking 2 in the morning and 2 before bed and let me just say it helped so much! I Sleep so so good and I havenโt slept this good in so so long. Sometimes I take 3 in the morning and 2 before bed. I wake up So very well rested and so happy. Get these you wonโt regret it. Just make sure you take 2-3 in the morning it wonโt make you sleepy I promise and take 2 before bed. About 30 minutes before.. oh and Iโm going number 2 so smooth as well no stomach pains. TMI I know Iโm sorry lol

Great product, but dosage is 4 capsules
I bought magnesium glycinate as a natural alternative to help me relax, and fall asleep a little easier. It does a great job with that! I would give it 5 stars, except that each dose is 4 capsules. Itโs not a deal breaker, but I probably will order one that requires fewer capsules just to fit into my weekly sorter better.

These are the best magnesium supplements i have found. My wife and I take these every night before bed. We have both noticed our sleep has improved. We havenโt had any side effects from them at all. Will continue to buy!

Feels healthy, but definitely takes four capsules to feel pretty calm and sleepy. It makes the average cost a little bit higher than necessary, but it works well.
