Lids catching rust

All the lids started catching rust after a few weeks of use.

Good bottles, bad caps

I'm using these bottles to carry juices, cold coffee to office. The bottles are really good and sturdy. My main issue is the rust that forms on the caps. The caps form rust too fast, and I had to throw out 8 of the 12 caps I had. Now I need to make sure that the liquid does not touch the caps and that I dry the caps as soon as I wash it.
