I keep these in my purse and my desk for a quick pick me up. One gummy is 75mg of caffeine which is about the same as a Red Bull for a fraction of the price. They are fairly expensive if you are going to eat them often. I try to only eat them when a cup of coffee is not convenient or unavailable. If they were cheaper, I would have them daily.

I have been using these for a few weeks now to help me get through hectic days and they do seem to help without making me jittery. I like the orange flavor the best.
