Teton Mountain Ultra Tent; 2 Person Backpacking Dome Tent for Camping

Beautiful, well made tent. Seams are sewn together well, no loose threads or funky seams. The red color is more orange red and it is so pretty. The zippers worked well, smoothly on both the inner black mesh tent and outer orange red tent. It was very easy to set the tent up. The one small issue I had was unsnapping the black plastic pieces that anchor the inner black mesh tent to outer red tent. Arthritic hands and fingers made unsnapping those black plastic pieces after car camping difficult, but it is doable with lots of patience. The tent was big enough to place small chair and sleeping mat for one. It's rated for two and that would work for a couple. This is a quality tent.

I own a Durston 2 Person tent. A great light-weight tent that requires two trekking poles to stand up. I would use it on long backpacking trips. The Teton is heavier and I would not take it on long backpacking trips. However, it is a very nice tent that is actually easier to set up than the Durston. It is very roomy inside and has four pocket to store your things. It sits tall enough where I am not hunched over. I can easiely stretch out. I am 6’2”. It comes with heavy duty shepherd hook (not flimsy ones). The tent can be set up with or without the rain fly. The rain fly has a colored clip so you know it is positioned correctly and tie plenty of down points.. The tent has two doors with large vestibules. The tent is seal treated and no rain gets in. The zippers are solid. It comes with a very nice storage bag that easily accomodates the tent, the rainfly, poles, and tent stakes. I am happy with this purchase.

Tent is great quality. Instruction in the package are not the greatest, I had to look a video on YouTube to be able to finish the set-up. I'm 5'11" and I was able to fit inside diagonally, so people over 6' might want to go with something bigger. Honestly for the price this is a good tent!

The was easy to put up, took me about 6 mins. Your basic style dome tent. The weight wasn't that bad for me. Didn't far with it. I got it up just before a rain storm which last 2 hours sprinkling and a light rain. It stayed dry inside. Because of the mesh styling and guidouts on the rain fly the condensation was good with flaps closed. I guess the only problem was with opening mesh doors, I would get hung up on the zippers opening or closing them up. This is the two person tent

I am currently on my first trip in this tent. I purchased it because I've had issues with water coming in, and unfortunately now have a soaked through sleeping pallet. The rain fly is holding up great, but the floor of this tent is just seeping in where I'm laying. I'm very disappointed.
