If you live in an apartment or have 30 gallon water tank, read this
I love my new shower system- it's sleek and has good water pressure. The water pressure is so good that when I first installed it, I thought there was something wrong with my plumbing. I live in an apartment with a 30 gallon water tank, and the water pressure is so strong that my hot water runs out faster than it did with my old shower head. So, I spent money on this new system and can't even use it at full pressure because otherwise my shower will be cold towards the end. Just something to keep in mind. Also, you can only use one setting at a time. You cannot use the shower head and wand simultaneously.

Cheap black faucet spout-
The faucet for the shower Falls right off. Weโve tried to fix it twice. The threads are too small, so therefore the faucet spell hangs down and then falls off I donโt know how to fix it or what to do, but it looks very ugly in my nice shower

They stand by t heir product.
Bought a Shower sysytem and the hand sprout was leaking, when i eventually installed it . It was way more than 30 days after purchase and they willing replaced the part with no hassle at all. I received the replacement part within a week and installed it successfully. The issue had been resolved with this part and for that I eternally grateful.
