Works well. No Complaints

Easy to use, good for deep cleaning

I bought this product as a present. After one week my friend asked me to get a replacement as it wouldn't switch off. I got another one , exactly the same and after charging it up, it won't work. I am not allowed to return this as it was one day over the 30 day window.

Got drenched first couple of times using it, but now easy to use. Certainly would recommend. Not had any problems with my teeth since. Now faulty customer service not replied to emails to advise what my options are.

Bought this as I've heard water flossers are good. Unfortunately, this one ended up being faulty, after less than a weeks use the mode and power buttons got stuck! I had to return the item and requested a refund, which was honoured.

After 3 weeks this stopped working. I charged it but it simply will lo longer work!!

Absolute rubbish , broke down within a month and now I have just missed the deadline to return
