Review: This definitely works. - I used the STP cleaner in my 15 year old Honda City automatic. I used the whole bottle on a half tank, and let it sit for a day. The steering felt really light, which I didn't see coming. I drove the car in Mumbai's crazy traffic and not on highways. The car felt good at low speeds, and it kept the revs steady when I pressed the pedal and was showing a good realtime fuel consumption.
