I use this in my daily flavored tea for a healthy boost and flavor enhancer. My husband used it as a pre day routine morning smoothie. Flavor and taste is amazing, mixes good with battery mixer or may have a couple of small clumps to break up. I feel its very effective part of a healthy lifestyle.

Nothing to dislike

I bought this in April 27 and I'm only now running low on it which means I got at least 60 servings as advertised. The reason I said "at least" is because I sometimes take 1 1/2 scoops instead of just one as a pre-workout booster. Ever since the heat and humidity in the afternoon started topping 100° F, I switched to doing my workouts in the early morning. There's just one problem: I'm not exactly bright-eyed and bushy-tailed in the morning. Power Beets solved that problem after I tried taking an extra 1/2 scoop in 6 oz. of almond milk. I normally put one scoop into my post-workout shake which I use a blender to prepare along with fresh fruit, nuts, protein powder and other supplements. I have a hand-held bottle with a diffuser inside that helps to break up the little clumps of powder that form when trying to mix this by hand with cold liquids. It's not a big deal having to deal with them given the benefits that Power Beets provides. I may try blending this with yogurt instead which I think will mix better than almond milk. There are three things I noticed after taking 1 1/2 scoops in the morning before my workout: #1. I'm able to double my time on the machines like the treadmill, elliptical stepper and the seated bike without feeling the least bit tired. #2. I've noticed the beneficial effects that this product has had on my body's nitric oxide production. #3. My urine had a nice shade of orange for the next two trips to the men's room. The flavor tastes perfectly fine to me. It's just sweet enough without tasting like a typical sugary soda would taste. When it's mixed together with all the other things I put in my blender, it enhances the taste of everything else. I had been taking beet power in capsules before trying this product and this has been my permanent replacement for those capsules.
