Lid sucks but the cup works
The drinking mechanism is one of the worst I’ve encountered. I want this for coffee but tbh how complicated the lid is makes me constantly worried about mold and it also unscrews so easily that I don’t reach for it unless I’m home and won’t need the lid… which defeats the purpose of it being a travel mug

Box open,damaged & mug very dusty
All the reviews that say that the box was open, damaged and the mug was very dusty are true. I had the same experience..definitely do NOT gift any9ne, they will be extremely disappointed and very unhappy. I put mine in the dishwasher right away so it gets fully sanitizer but I am still not comfortable drinking out of it or using it yet :(
