I was initially rather skeptical of these pills, but having gone through a 13-hour time zone shift twice (round trip) while taking these, I experienced no jet lag at all. I was also taking some Dramamine during the flight to sleep (as best one can on an airplane, anyway), but I still did my best to take JetZone at the recommended intervals when I could. I used 5 pills on each flight (spread across one 12-hour flight and one 3-hour flight), and when I landed, I was able to sleep when night fell without any problems, and woke up surprisingly energetic the following morning, despite the fact that day and night were basically reversed for my internal clock. I'm not sure if it was the Dramamine or the JetZone or a combination of both; I guess I should have tried taking only the JetZone to experiment, though for what it's worth I only took one Dramamine on the way back along with the 5 JetZone, and still had the same results (able to sleep, waking up energetic). So with all that being said, I would recommend JetZone for people trying to avoid jet lag. The pills are also easy to take and have a nice refreshing citrus-y flavor when you chew them. The cost is may seem a bit high, but for the number of pills you get and the effectiveness, I'd say it's worth it.

Used it in a trip from US to Australia and felt great both ways. No typical jet lag symptoms. Was able to hit the ground running.

Took during a 9 hour flight to Europe, and felt great once we got to our location. Stayed up all day without sleeping and had no issues adjusting to the time change!

I think it helped. Last time, traveling to Japan, I got really sick because of the change in time zone and lack of sleep. But combined with Jet Lag and some adjustment to when to sleep and staying hydrated, I was able to enjoy our trip this time. Didn't have any bad side effects since it's suppose to be homeopathic.

These work for international travel, or any jet lag/time change. Help me adapt to the time change with no symptoms, even if I sleep like cr@p on the international flight. Usually I'd end up shaky, kind of nauseous from being so tired and take a day or two to adjust. That doesn't happen when I take these. 🫶 Getting them for my pilot friend.

The first time I used these they worked incredibly well. Subsequent uses have not been as great. I will use up the ones I have but probably won’t buy again.

I've used this product a few times now when flying from the states to Europe and back again. Highly recommend!! In fact, I wouldn't travel without this ever again, even when flying just within the continental US. Our first trip, I took as recommended but my husband wouldn't try it. Guess who slept through the night when we got to Italy and who couldn't sleep?! Plus, I felt relaxed on the long flights, which isn't normal for me. My teens also took as recommended and we all felt really good when we landed. I absolutely will keep this in my travel bag!
