I just love this cleanser!!! It leaves my skin sooo soft!! I’ve tried many different brands and types of cleaners and this is the best I’ve ever tried. And you don’t need much! This bottle will last you 6 months! I’ve had mine for almost 2 months and have barely made a dent! I highly recommend it!

My skin is SO soft when I use Salt Cellar Spa Cleanser! I have sensitive skin and while this face wash has tiny granules of what's likely the sea salt, the cleanser is not at all abrasive or harsh. It has just enough exfoliant to get rid of grime, makeup, and dead skin cells, but not so much that it's unpleasant to use. There's a light fragrance that I find calm, refreshing, and barely there, so it's not overpowering and it doesn't linger. A tiny bit of cleanser covers a large area, so this 7oz bottle will last me a long time. My skin feels ridiculously soft in the morning after using this before bed and it has removed thick makeup (as shown in the video I've included). I'm confident that it's a quality cleanser, though I'm not in love with all of the ingredients. Sodium Lareth Sulfate is second on the list, and I know it's used in a lot of shampoos, but I also know I prefer products with mostly (if not all) natural ingredients. For instance, I love that there's yarrow in this face wash because it's a favorite go-to plant of mine that I use for countless home remedies. It's unfortunate to find so many chemicals mixed in with such goodness. Made in Israel, I have faith (no pun intended) that there are actually minerals from the Dead Sea in this product, and I like that. It works beautifully and leaves my skin feeling refreshed and clean, so I hate to give it less than 5 stars, but the concoction of chemical additives is a real bummer. Finally, the bottle arrived without any tamper-proof seal and I find that a bit disconcerting.

I was really excited to try this facial cleanser, especially since it contains soothing ingredients, such as Chamomile extract. Additionally, it does have small exfoliating particles, but not so much that it's harsh like some other exfoliating cleansers. Unfortunately, I just didn't find the product to be a good fit for me. After using this cleanser, each time I found my face feeling parched, and completely stripped of moisture. I believe this might be due to the inclusion of a sulfate as one of the main ingredients in the product. Even after using a hydrating toner, serum, and moisturizer after this product, my skin still felt a bit uncomfortable and dry for a while after use. I feel like this product does a lot of damage to my moisture barrier. One much more minor complain is that this product is a little tougher to dispense than some other cleaners, since it's a bottle with a tiny hole in that top that you turn upside down and squeeze to dispense. This is a little inconvenient for me, since I have small hands and arthritis, but I imagine it wouldn't be an issue for most people. This facial cleanser might be more appropriate for people with oily skin types, or whose skin can just handle sulfates better than mine. However, I personally found this product to be harsh and somewhat irritating to my skin, so I don't see myself reordering it.
