Great for kids with ARFID
Perfect for my 7 year old with ARFID. We put this in his yoghurt once a day as advised by his paediatric dietician. We don't hide it so that he doesn't lose trust in us with food, he knows it's there. But, he has never refused it and it doesn't alter the taste of his yoghurt at all.

Helpful for added vitamins for Autistic or ARFID children
Has helped my son who has ARFID and autism get the vitamins his diet deprives him of. He is no longer anaemic, thanks in part to this. He doesn’t notice any difference to taste or texture when it’s added to his wheatabix.

ARFID recommended
My daughter has been diagnosed with ARFID for over 4 years. This is the only accepted and recommended vitamin to ensure she gets everything she needs in regards to vitamins and minerals. My daughter will only take them in water, they are quite hard to mix and mainly stay on the surface. Being red they are quite distinguishable and don’t fully dissolve, my daughter does say they are quite grainy in water. I have not used them in food so can’t comment on how well they mix/taste. They have helped to maintain her levels even with a very restricted diet. Compared to gummies they are expensive but they aren’t full of sugar and are fully accepted and recommended by hospital teams so can’t complain

Great vitamins
Only vitamins I can sneak into my daughter’s juice without her noticing… great if you have children with ASD or picky eaters.

Not for us.
I was recommended these for my ASD child by the dietician. They have everything and more that your child needs however, be careful if you have an ASD child because my little one noticed and we lost a safe food 😞 Not sure whether it was taste or texture as he's nonverbal but he definitely noticed the change to his food.
