Great Price for a Great Part
Perfect fit for my husband's truck. His truck started acting up and he was comparing prices from other places. This took the cake! Great value for the money, made nicely and seals perfect.

Fits 2009 chevy 5.3
Exact same as OEM cam retainer in my 2009 chevy 5.3 LS truck motor. Same counter sank holes and all. Same quality heavy metal material

Fit My 2012 Tahoe LTZ for DOD/AFM Delete
My daughter's Tahoe had an AFM lifter fail. So, I decided to do a DOD/AFM delete because it was likely the other lifters would be more failing soon, too. I decided to gather all of the parts necessary vs buying a pre-assembled kit. I didn't cheap out on quality and still saved ~$130 over the TSP kit with fewer necessary parts. After tuning out the AFM, the Tahoe started right away and ran like new with no ticking and no CEL.

Works
Fits well and inexpensive. It's the later style with countersunk bolts, but worked on my early 5.3 just fine.

Recessed bolts typically seaze up after use. Removing is a PITA.
Worked fine. But, be warned if you have to take these off later on you will be drilling the bolts out. It is a common problem on LSs with the recessed bolts. The end up wedging themselves in real good. Alternative is get the Retainer plate that supports the ARP retainer bolts (Not recessed) and make sure you have the clearance around the bolts.

Plate looks good. Bolts not so good torque down to 18ftlbs. top one would not torque. Almost broke in the block.
