I love this playpen that I purchased about six months ago for my grandson who lives with us. He's nine months old and has only begun creeping in the last two months. Before that he just laid in it on his back. The seams at the floor have started coming apart, which is disappointing because in all other aspects I love love love this item. It's sturdy and roomy and keeps the little one safe but still part of the larger environment. I took one star off because of the seams; otherwise, I would have given it all five. UPDATED 2/9/23 The seller saw my review and contacted me. They offered me a gift card or new fabric for the playpen, and I chose the fabric since my grandson uses the playpen daily. It arrived within three weeks and I plan to replace it this weekend. The customer service was impeccable, very courteous, and quick. I would defintiely recommend this product and this seller. Because the customer service was so stellar and the fact that this seller stands by their product and goes the extra mile, I upgraded them to 5 stars.

It seems to be very sturdy and is a great place to store all the baby toys without cluttering up the living room. I like the suction cups so it doesn’t move around. Our baby hasn’t played in it yet as she is still a bit small but I like the fact it has a zip out area she can come and go. Was fairly easy to put together even though the instructions weren’t the greatest. Would be a lot of work to take down for travel but not impossible. It does come with a convenient travel bag as well as plastic balls to play with.

I bought this playpen for my son to have a safe area to roll around and play. The playpen arrived very quickly but had damage to the playpen balls but I contacted the seller who then send me replacement balls packed better and protected. The assembly was very simple and took me like 15 minutes to set up and organize. The play pen is very sturdy and the suction cups are strong. My son absolutely loves it and my wife is happy knowing that he won’t be rolling under the table or getting stuck under the couch.

It was pretty difficult to put together, sliced my finger on the end of one of the metal poles (very sharp, be cautious) but after cussing a few times and bandaging up my finger I got it assembled and it was worth the stress, very sturdy and bigger than I expected. Only other downfall was that one of the corner pole slots was slightly torn when it was delivered but not bad enough to prevent assembly obviously.

Update: the seller contacted me and was very happy to work with me to fix my order. They were fast and prompt! Really liking this playpen. The size is perfect for a smaller space! I really want to love this! It is very sturdy and a great little playpen. However we have had it in use for about a week and the fabric is already ripped at part of the seam.

It fits in my small living room and my baby LOVES it but it was pretty difficult to put it together not just the instructions but it was also pretty hard to make the pieces fit as it is veryyy tight but definitely the best play yard I’ve seen in terms of size

The instructions are easy to follow all the pieces are labeled according to the instructions and it is very sturdy. The paneling is also secured very well. I only wish it came with a play mat that fit the inside perfectly but we used a normal mat underneath it for padding and safety when our 1yo plays in there. It’s much more worth it than others for the price. I say definitely get it.

I like the color, I like the size. It was a pain to put together. There is no padding on the surface. It has tacky EIH lettering on every side. The logo is huge and bright red. I was not expecting that. Honestly if it wasn't so terrible to put together I would disassemble it and return it. The logo looks tacky and cheap. The balls are super soft plastic and easily breakable.
