Nov 2024 review, High Quality Case, Amazing Value
Very high quality case at a amazing price with lots of options water or air cooling, This was a case for advanced builders when it was designed, I would not recommend for a novice builder, but with time and planning this is an amazing case. I will also mention that I have several Liam Li cases and they are all high quality, but compared to my 011 Vision Chrome that now cost the same as this case, the quality of this case which was priced 3 times higher at launch is visible. Best quality case for $

Super cool
Big, lots of space. Plenty of fan slots.Well made / rugged. Looks great too.

Heavy but amazing
Very simple to build it but will not fit comfortably 9 140mm fans stick to 120s. 420mm aio radiator was tight with the front panel connectors but nothings pinched and it fits. Cools great I didn’t notice a difference with side panel on or off with cooling.. looks amazing

Essay on the many issues I had. DON'T BUY
TL;DR: This case has the worst cooling issues ever, even with water cooling (you'd need custom water cooling built around this case's flaws to fix it), the parts grind against each other, and certain forms of the case only work if you have ethernet, otherwise it blocks wifi.I could write a small essay about the experiences I've had with this case. Infact, let's do it.I bought this from microcenter when I saw it on display (and sale) for $300. I really wanted to do the dynamic position where the ports are all on the top. HORRIBLE. COOLING. My 2080 was reaching constant temps of 85 to 88 C with six large fans at full power. I decided to change around some parts in the case, get water cooling for my processor + a radiator, more fans, and a 3080 graphics card in hopes of cooling down my pc. Despite my newly upgraded card, water cooling, radiator, less obstacles for the fans, and now a total of EIGHT FANS all around the case, my GPU STILL gets temps of constant 85 to 88 C. No matter how you setup fans in the dynamic mode, the PSU blocks major airflow to the GPU, thus creating a small heated pocket. The plating and parts are a NIGHTMARE. The side plating that is supposed to bend is difficult to do so, it never feels like it fits on properly (doesn't fully insert into slots), and grinds against the main metal structure and other plates, leaving scratches on both. Any time you want to open your case to check something, you need to take these annoying plates off, and if your case is setup to have them bent (which is the coolest look), it's three times as hard. I always have to move this entire heavy-as-hell case just to open the side and adjust a small wire.A lot of the screw-holes don't line up, meaning screws are forced at a scraping angle, and many times it feels like the screws are too big for where they are meant to go. You cannot access any part of the back of the motherboard, so when I had to install the brackets for my water cooling, I had to take out the entire mother board and briefly install it into my old case, abhorrent. Finally, the top plates can only be used if you use ethernet. I need to use a PCI Wireless Wifi for the time being, and the top of the case covers the antennae, causing a constant loss of connection every 10 minutes or less.All-in-all, this case does look really cool, and the ports on the top seem awesome, but this case does not take into account opening the case for small edits, its weight, the positioning of components, any airflow or cooling at all, signal, and even the positioning of its own parts. I'm hoping to return this case where I bought it from and immediately buy a different one. This case is all show and a complete lack of any intuitive thought.Don't buy it.

Solid case with some specific manageable problems
Pros:- Solid metal case, looks excellent, and some interesting and unique configurations- plenty of space, good wiring options- rare case with a high forward mounted power buttonCons:- Complex installation if you want to use some of the layouts- 3 hard drive mounts and no 5.25 bays, if your not using NVMes your probably gonna have to get a rig or something to mount additional bays, there is lots of room to do so easily, but it only has 3 mounts built in.- no rear cutout for the CPU bracket, hope you got the right cooler on first build.Mixed bag:- No fans, this is a pro if you are like me and was planning on putting custom fans in it anyways, but if you dont realize this, it can cause some major issues. Seems to be intended for use with heavy water cooling, but a handful of intelligently placed fans and its fine.Overall, love the case, i don't need the hard drive mounts and wanted custom fans anyways, so this case was a clear winner, definitely not for everyone, but it works well in its niche.

A true travesty of design. Its large so you can make it work.
This case is just a terrible design. Materials and quality are up to Lian Li's usual high standards but a performance mode that leaves gaps in side panels, mounting frames that not only impede air flow but make many standard config choices impossible, etc. etc. This case is purely a marketing gimmick. I fell for it because no matter how expensive every prior case from them was worth every penny. Never again.
