4 snap hooks clip on to two rings connected by a chain. Attaches in back with two buckles around the neck and two buckles in back. You can either cross the back straps like an "x" or wear it halter style with one strap around the neck and one around the waist. All buckles can be widely adjusted. The best part of this design is that once you have the perfect fit adjusted with the buckles, you can simply unclip the snap hooks from the rings for taking it on and off with ease. Looks great loosely draped or tight against the body. You could also wear this in other ways. Such as using the bottom strap for an excellent skinny belt. Simply unclip the top two clips and drop it down to your waist. Since this harness is so easily adjustable it is one size fits all.
