I even heard several of the other 4 and 5 year olds telling my girl they loved her tutu when she walked into her ballet class. You don't often hear the little ones paying attention to each other's outfits!It's very convenient that it has snaps between the legs so it's quicker and easier for my daughter to use the bathroom. When 4 year olds decide they have to go, they often have to go quickly, and undoing the snaps and pulling down the tights is much quicker than pulling down the tutu and then the tights.The quality is definitely much better than the typical listings that Amazon.I will say you must be cautious when hand washing, but I expected that. You must very gently squeeze the excess water, and I didn't quite remove as much water as I would other tutus/leotards for fear of pulling on the sequins excessively, so it takes a bit longer to dry, but still it's not as though these types of outfits take long to dry anyways.
