Should be 10 stars but no pump
I recently stopped dying my hair; it’s been all white since my late 20s early 30s and I’m 66. My husband has been salt and pepper since 50 and is always asking me to find a shampoo that will make him shine. Oh no, that should have said “make his hair shine.” I bought this shampoo and we both love it for many reasons; soft hair, manageable hair and finally, shiny hair! So I ordered the conditioner too. Love both BUT…WHY DON’T YOU SEND IT WITH A PUMP?????????? That’s why only 4 stars. The bottles are so big and heavy I can’t tell you how many times I’ve dropped it on my foot in the shower because it’s impossible to hold it with wet hands. I may have to find another brand (sad face, because we really do love it) if the next time I’m ready to order you don’t offer it with a pump. Please, please put a pump on these bottles. I know I’m not the first to ask this.

It works. Because I use beard oils and also heat to straighten my white beard, it started turning yellow. With the first use of One 'n Only Shiny Silver Purple Shampoo and toner, the yellow is gone.

Disappointed
I was so excited to receive shampoo. Upon receiving it,I shampooed my hair. Yes I was disappointed! This shampoo did absolutely nothing no other purple shampoo did. I paid $18 for a shampoo that caused to change to my hair. Therefore most of the reviews are not true. I shall repeat the process. The cause could be my virgin hair. I shall inform you of my progress
