This is just perfect. Previously I used stickers to block my camera, but they fell at the wrong times, had to be peeled off for Zoom meetings, etc. This solution is fabulous! A year after I first bought this, the cover is still neatly stuck to my Mac, and is easily opened and closed as required.

These cover the webcam on my 2 different laptops. They were relatively easy to put on but it is a little difficult to open and close them. They do not slide very easily.

I use both, one for my pixel phone and the other for my laptop. Both have survived countless drops on my phone and daily opening and closing of my laptop.
