**Q: does the shoe have a hard sole, need hard sole**
A: Hello,No it is not a hard/stiff sole. They are comfortable though. I pretty much use them inside the house and even go outside and they have enough protection to protect the feet from pebbles, hot ground, etc...

**Q: How does one clean these?**
A: I wiped my off with a wet wipe. The outside material is like a kozi, like you put drinks in, so it just wipes clean. I am not sure how you would clean the inside! But these are super comfortable and warm and I really like them!

**Q: Hi i wear a size 8 wide in women what size do you recommend?**
A: I wear size 8 regular width and I bought the medium size as it fits that range.  I have washed them several times and they fit me perfectly. I do love them!   However, since you wear a wide eighth, you might want to try the size L as it lists 8.5 as the beginning range of that size.  You can send them back if necessary as these slippers do not come in specific sizes and they use a S, M, L, XL range for fit.
