This item is misrepresented and cheap
The shield is made of very thin metal, the straps are not leather but plastic or some other synthtic stretch material. The picture on line shows 2 snaps only 1 on shield and they are cheap wont stay snappedIf I had opened the gift prior to giving it to the birthday boy I would have returned it - but once it was opened to late. Sold at $50 what a ripoff.

Perfect for my son’s costume
My son is a larger 8 year old and this shield was perfect for him. Very well made, not cheap material and the handle was sturdy too. He has been sitting in it and spinning around doing boy things and it’s still as good as new. Yes, there are cheaper ones and ones that are kid size (which was too small for him) but nothing like this quality.

Superhero Play
My son love Captain America. I bought this shield for him to play with. He’s the right size to wear it like a backpack. The handles on the inside and very durable and has snap buttons on it. The shield is made of a durable aluminum. It’s been fun playing with and shooting nerf guns at it. It withholds well for having been played with by a toddler. Would recommend.
