This has happened to me a couple tomes over the years. When I received the packaging I just sent it back as a return explaining what happened. When I got the empty box I called Customer Service. They sent out the missing porosity at no additional charge. With these chatbots you'll have to select other or the equivalent so they understand they can't help you.
