Definitely My Favorite
Normally I refer to “Ideal Tools” as “Bad Deal” tools, but this is the exception. I’ll pass on everything else, especially the newer fiberglass ones. Take care of this and it will last forever.

Great fish tape, have used them at work for the last 8 years, they are very good. The laser etched ones are awesome for determining exact wire length needed!

Worked until it didn’t.
Used maybe 4 times and it worked great until it became impossible to respool or unspool the tape and now it’s useless. May try opening it up at the risk of breaking it entirely, but I have nothing to lose at this point. It’s very stuck in the position pictured, been sitting with 4 feet of tape sticking out for a few months gathering dust.
