American Pride Urn Set

I hate that anyone needs to read or write a review for this item. However, the last thing anyone should worry about in circumstances like these is whether or not the product they buy will be exactly as it should be.I am very please with this urn. The picture just doesn't do it justice. My loved one was a veteran and loved his country. He had a tailgate wrap and a tattoo with almost this same design. I knew when I saw this it was the perfect urn to store his cremains in.The urn is aesthetically beautifully, but very well made and heavy duty. The lid screws shut and and is secure for sitting on the shelf. It doesn't have a screw or any type of lock to secure the lid for transportation. You'd probably have to use super glue or bag and seal very well to ensure the cremains didn't get disturbed.The two small urns that come with the large urn are just as beautiful and heavy duty. They are just as nice as the large urn. They also don't have a secondary screw or locking system for the lid (the lids screw on tightly, but for transportation you might want it better secured.

Loved this urn for my papa' s ashes! Great quality and quite heavy & very durable! The threading on the lid is secure. Included was two mini urns and stand for the heart shaped one. I have them away because i didn't want to separate my dads ashes. My cousins used the mini ones for their dads ashes who couldn't afford an urn. So they were pleased with the two mini durable urns. Will highly recommend these to everyone o know

The most important part of an urn is the air tightness and the threads that close the lid. Very very poor quality. The threads on the keep sakes will easily cross thread and on the main urn they are so loose it will not get tight. It just gives away on every turn. We are so angry and disappointed at this difficult time to pick up the full urn and keepsakes from the funeral director to only find out the problem. I do not want to disturb my father so I will just use clear silicone and glue the lids, but that is ridiculous for a $129 to have to do this after the fact. I have purchased stainless steel coffee thermoses at Costco for $14 that were of better construction and the threads were of higher quality. A loved one's ashes are much more important then a cup of coffee and I would think this company would take that into consideration.

During such a stressful time it was hard to make a decision on what was the right urn for my friend's father, but when we saw this set in the funeral home, we knew this was the one. But, it was HUNDREDS more. This American Pride set arrived within 2 days and looks beautiful! The price was amazing, because it also comes with the TWO keepsakes. You really can not find a better package deal on a beautiful set!!

My son was 6’2” and his cremains barely fit into the large urn but that was fine since I divided them into the two keepsakes for his sister and myself. Beautiful urn to present at his military honors service and internment. RIP Tech Sergeant E Hanes

I was upset at first because my mom couldn't find the smaller pieces of the set - but they were on the bottom under some papers. This is a beautiful set. it will do my brother right. Thank you!

I love this, we bought it for my Grandpa and it worked perfect for him...all his were able to get a piece of him, I loved that it symbolizes America
