The mobile phone can be recognised, may not be able to transfer through the mobile phone properly, the recommendation is to use the hard drive in the computer.

When i format the 500gb what is the allocation unit size some say 4096 or 128? Also exfat or NFTS

To allocate a 500GB hard drive, you can allocate the unit size yourself. It is recommended not to partition or divide it into two areas, and divide it into the more commonly used exfat format.
