Good product overall! The demo was excellent, and the explanation of all the dos and don'ts was very helpful. The vacuum cleaner is easy to use and lightweight, i used it for 1 week and reviewing. The suction is good, but it could have been a little more powerful. Other than that, everything is great. Happy with the purchase!

Support: Only bought this as it has good after sales support. In India you can't expect it. I had received a defective floor brush, contacted both agaro support and amazon support where they helped me replace entire unit within 2 days. Received product demo on video call after purchase. Power: Absolute high suction power, no feeling of dissatisfaction in power, there should be moderate power mode as well. Its Value for money. Cord length is 5m which is more than sufficient for household. Not heavy weight, also it has wheels.
