Good looking, sturdy, lined and numbered pages made of smooth silky paper
This is a wonderful journal. I need a pleasant sensory experience, and I’m a lefty. (smooth cream-colored paper, easy on pen, writing-hand and eyes) Aesthetic qualities must enhance not detract (fake leather cover feels quite good in the hand, although time will tell how it holds up), and the two satin page-marker ribbons are great. Binding looks sturdy, pages lie flat. No bleed-through when you write. This journal is heavier than I would have preferred, a bit too heavy for my purse, but do-able (see photo). The weight concern might be resolved by producing the same journal with fewer pages or equally strong but lighter-weight materials. But a key advantage of this model is ATTRACTIVE PRICE-POINT! I do appreciate the obvious care designers and makers poured into this product!

Exactly what I was looking for. Great size for portability. The grid is metric not inch but again for me not a problem. No ink pen bleed through and have proven to be quite durable and well made. I think they look good and the price point for two is good. Will buy again when I need two more.

Just as good as Moleskine, but much better value!
These notebooks are absolutely fantastic! They come in a great array of colors and the pages are extremely durable and will stand up to a pointy pen or a highlighter. They even come with sticky note tabs! I am using these to study for the bar exam and they are the perfect size and have been really helpful in keeping all of the material I have to learn well organized. You really can’t beat these notebooks for the cost.

Reasonably priced
I use a5 note books for journalling and have s particular preference for dot grid notebooks. Unfortunately, as there's been an upward spiral in price of notebooks in general on Amazon,dot grid notebooks are generally our of my price range. So I was very please to find these at a very attractive price. They are beautifully made the quality of the paper is good.
