Is the seat reusable and we just keep buying the herbs?

Hello from Fivona brand, yes Fivona yoni steam seats are well made to be re-used over and over again. You are correct, all you need just a yoni steam herbs while the seat will last for a long period of time. However some people prefer to have a new seat with every new pack of herbal blend.

How long are supposed to sit? Do you need to be covered up to trap the steam?

Hello from Fivona, usually yoni steaming session take about 10 - 15 minutes. Towel can be wrapped around to prevent steam escape however it depends on individual preference

Does it go above the tiolet seat? And hiw much water do you use with this?

Hello from Fivona. Yes, the seat get installed on the top of the toilet ceramic round. Yoni steaming is a procedure where the body should not have any contact with liquid so the water level should be low on the bottom of the seat. Please make sure to push the seat's middle part to expand it before use.
