I like the product, the scan is fast and clear, also have more scan optionsOnly one mater, I didn't like the size of the documents after scan and need to be compressed

Inutilisable
Après quelques jours de bons et loyaux service, le scanner est inutilisable :Problème avec le pilot TWAIN erreur 80FF00001 !Impossible à résoudre.J'ai tout essayé : désactiver l'antivirus / installer re installer les pilotes, le logiciel, etc. cherché sur les forums... RIEN !

Doesn't come with AU power plug
Pretty annoyed that this thing came with a UK and EU power plug.
