ForPro Professional Collection Stainless Steel Pedi File Refill, 100 Grit, Black, EZ-Strip Peel Pedicure Refill Pads, 1.25 W x 4 L, 50-Count

I bought these refills for my "ForPro" Stainless Steel Pedicure File and they work great! I have both the 180 grit white refills and these 80 grit gold refills. Hands down, the 80 grit gold ones are the best for those first several swipes at my dry and cracked heels. If your heels are really bad, I recommend these over the 180 white grit refills, as the 180's are a nice "finisher" type of grit, but these 80 grit are the work horses! They are sturdy enough to use several times before changing them out. I wear sandals 365 days a year (you can do that in Arizona) and my heels were quite dry and cracked and I scheduled a Medi-Pedi. The technician totally recommended this system of stainless steel file with various grit refills and I'm so glad I listened to her and bought these. I was accidentally taking way too much skin off my heels in the shower with those painful "cheese-grater" type of file that the large pedi places use, and finding that my heels would be so sore after the shower and even had a bleed every now and then if I scrubbed too hard. The Medi-Pedi lady recommended this system since she only does dry, waterless pedicures. I love these disposable refills! You will love them, too!

Just as good as what came with my original- nice to have more and change out as needed. Do a great job of getting rid of the dead dry skin on my feet and heals - awesome for the price you pay- 10/10 would recommend

With great. Stick well. Keep blower handy to remove - use dryer heat on metal handles to soften glue to peel off if needed.

Great quality at a professional level. Adhesive is very good.
