Throughout my years, I haven’t taken the best care of my skin. And as a woman knocking on 50, I needed to do something. I live in California and with the great weather we have here, I spend a lot of time outside. I was told by a friend of mine that I should start using a vitamin c serum to help protect my skin from the damaging effects of the sun and to help improve the damage that has already been done.Having done my research and seeing that some high end serums can go for well over $100, I decided to give this Vitamin C+ Defense Serum a try. I knew that I wanted a pure vitamin c serum, which this has. But I didn’t want to spend $100 plus to get it. I felt that their price was very reasonable for all the amazing ingredients it contains.I have been using this serum for over a month now and I absolutely LOVE this product. It goes on smooth and it absorbs into my skin quickly. It has a pleasant smell that doesn’t linger either. I have definitely seen an improvement in overall texture and some reduction in my fine lines and age spots. I use this once a day in the morning as it suggests.I am however looking to reduce some of my deeper lines. When I contacted the company to see if they had any other products to help with this, they were very helpful and suggested that I use their Age Reversing Serum for better overall line reduction. I guess that serum uses something called peptides that works better for wrinkles. I’ll have to check this one out soon. They also mentioned that you could use both serums together.I am very happy with not only the level of support from the company, but this amazing vitamin c serum. I am now on my path to more beautiful skin and feel that my skin is better protected.

First of all, I have purchased Lurevo’s products in the past and I have been amazed and MORE THAN SATISFIED by the quality and effectiveness. My husband used their Age Reversing Serum for only 14 days and saw a significant difference in the lines around his eyes, and his skin was more elastic and smooth in such a short amount of time. There was a very small issue with the packaging arriving damaged, but this wasn’t their fault and their customer service was very attentive and assured me the issue would be addressed.I have used other products in the past that cost much more then what Lurevo charges. The quality of their ingredients, the effectiveness and the fact that this company truly cares about their customers are just some of the reasons I continue to buy their products. I had been using Skinceuticals’ vitamin C serum, CE Ferulic, for quite a long time since my esthetician had recommended it. And although I was happy with their product, I wasn’t happy with how expensive it was. I was spending over $150 per bottle and I was having a tough time swallowing this cost every 6 weeks or so.When I noticed recently that Lurevo had just released their Vitamin C+ Defense Serum, I wanted to try it out. Not only are the ingredients almost identical to the CE Ferulic from Skinceuticals, but their price is a third of what I was paying. I have been using this serum for almost a month and I can honestly say, I have been very happy and pleased with it so far and prefer it over the CE Ferulic. It is fast absorbing, smells pleasant and I know that it is doing its job by protecting my skin against the harmful elements. Given that I live in Phoenix, I love being outdoors and hiking with my family. It is essential that I always use a good Vitamin C serum and sunscreen before I head outside. I work in education and every year we get to take an individual staff photo for the yearbook. I have been using Lurevo's Age Reversing Serum for over a year now and have been very pleased with the product's quality and results, so I was very excited when I discovered their Vitamin C Defense Serum! I'd previously read about the benefits of Vitamin C and how it can help treat sun damage and help with sun spots, and as a former sun worshipper I was intrigued. I was once again very happy with the feel and texture of the product. I've only been using it about a month, but already I've seen some fading of sun spots!! I really like this Vitamin C Serum as it is extremely light weight and not tacky allowing it to absorb quickly and completely into my skin. The consistency is perfect for layering with my other skin care products and I have been using it in addition to Lurevo’s Age Reversing Serum which I love! Only after a few uses of the Vitamin C Serum I noticed a more glowing complexion and my skin felt softer and more hydrated. After several weeks the texture of my skin seemed firmer and overall a more even complexion. I also felt it helped to keep my pores clearer and noticed a reduction in breakouts which was an added bonus! This was a great addition to my skin care regimen and would definitely recommend it.
