It came with the tools needed to remove the old and install the new band, which made everything super easy. Quality is solid and it is not showing any signs of wear after 2 weeks of daily use. It's a little longer than I personally needed, but that's not an issue. I don't think it necessarily looks "cheap", but I will likely replace it with a higher quality band. I was holding off on spending $60-$140 for a Hamilton (or other) band and this works great for my watch in the meantime. The only complaint I have is with the clasp, as it is a little flimsy and difficult to work with at times. However, it seems to be very secure once it is closed and on my wrist. I think I'm just used to a heavier/stronger metal being used for the clasp. Very minor complaint and I'm very happy with the band considering the price.
